All datasets, documents, and other materials (“Materials”) available in the SKY ENGINE AI Download Hub are provided under the terms of this License.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Materials, you agree to the following:

What you are allowed to do

You are free to:

• Download, copy, and store the Materials.
• Use the Materials for personal, educational, academic, research, and internal corporate R&D purposes, including within for-profit organizations.
• Use the Materials to train, fine-tune, test, or evaluate machine learning or AI models, provided that such use is internal and not directly monetized.
• Modify, adapt, remix, or build upon the Materials for internal or non-commercial use.
• Share the Materials or your modified versions with others, as long as no commercial use is involved.

What you are not allowed to do

You may not:

• Sell, license, rent, lease, or otherwise commercialize the Materials or any derivative works.
• Use the Materials, in whole or in part, as part of a product, service, dataset, model, or offering that is sold, licensed, or otherwise monetized.
• Use the Materials in advertising, marketing, promotions, paid presentations, paid training, or commercial exhibitions.
• Redistribute the Materials behind a paywall or as part of a paid bundle, product, or subscription.
• Offer the Materials (or derivatives) as “training data”, “example data”, or similar within a commercial product or service.
• Claim ownership of the Materials or present them as your own original work.

No warranties

The Materials are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SKY ENGINE AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of the Materials.

SKY ENGINE AI shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Materials.

Termination

This License automatically terminates if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Materials and delete any copies in your possession or control.
